Click File
Click Account Settings
Click The Account Settings Sub Item
Double click the email account you wish to modify
Click the More Settings Button
At the next window click the advanced tab
Untick leave a copy of messages on the server
Click O.K
Click the send and receive button to clear your email from the mail server
